I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

  1. Go to myemail Sign In page and click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and you will be redirected to the forgot password page.
  2. Enter your MyKad number. If your enter the right MyKad number and your account already activated, system will show your chosen security question with a field for your to enter your secret answer.
  3. Enter your secret answer and if everything is correct, then we will send you a reset password link at your alternate e-mail account.
  4. Login inside your alternate e-mail account and look for forgot password e-mail.
  5. Open that forgot password e-mail and click on reset password link. You will be redirect to the Reset Password page.
  6. Enter your new password, confirm password and click on “Reset Password”. You can now login using this new password.
