THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRICUBES, OWNER AND OPERATOR OF MYEMAIL. IT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE MYEMAIL WEBSITE AND ALL THE SERVICES THAT YOU SUBSRCIBE OR INTERACT WITH. PLEASE DISCONTINUE SHOULD YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE TERMS.

Tricubes reserves the right to add, modify or remove certain portions of the terms any time. It is your responsibility to continuously monitor the terms for changes. Your continued used of myemail and its services means that you accepted all the terms stipulated.

General conditions

All contents within the myemail web portal which includes text, graphics, photographs, logos and user interface including but not limited to the design, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the myemail portal is owned or licensed by or to Tricubes. You may use the information provided on myemail portal (such as news, articles, support knowledge base, and similar materials) for your own personal use (non-commercial). You shall (1) not make any additional representations or warranties related to the content or any of the service, (2) not make any modifications to any such information.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the portal nor breach the security or authentication measures on the portal. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to myemail web portal, including registered users of the myemail portal that you do not own, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information.

You are responsible for any content that you post in the portal under your myemail account. Any form of abuse including but not limited to written, verbal or physical may result in immediate account termination. Tricubes may terminate your access to all or any part of the website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The portal may contain links to other websites as a convenience to access further information provided by the website owner. Tricubes is not responsible, guarantee or liable for any content on the website or external links and your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Tricubes shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Your myemail account

You must be 18 years or older to register for a myemail account. For registration purposes you must provide us with your full name, Identification Card (IC) number as printed on the front cover of your IC and a valid email address. For authentication purposes you agree to be authenticated using biometrics specifically your fingerprints at one of our authentication channels. Tricubes may use your full name and IC number, upon your consent, to verify your credentials with our authentication partners, who may hold the same information, and has already authenticated you.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANOTHER PERSONS NAME AND IC NUMBER WHEN REGISTERING FOR A MYEMAIL ACCOUNT. Such an act will fall under identity theft which will result in the immediate removal of your myemail id.

You are only eligible for one myemail account as per your IC. You are responsible for maintaining the security your account and password. The myemail id and password, that you specify, can only be used in myemail portal and selected services. You may not use your myemail id and password on any of our partners platform or services. You may not use anyone else’s myemail id, password or email address at any time when you login to the myemail portal. Tricubes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Tricubes may terminate your account and block your access to any part of the website at any time, with or without case, with or without notice, effective immediately, if we find that you are in violation of your account obligations.

myemail services

You are free to subscribe and unsubscribe to any services offered for any agency within the myemail portal; which includes but not limited to, having bills, notices or statements sent to your myemail inbox. You agree upon activation to accept the myemail email service as part of the myemail registration and you agree to the Terms of Usage of the email provider when you sign in for the service for the first time.

Governing Law

myemail service is available in Malaysia and any litigation or other dispute resolution between you and Tricubes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the myemail service shall be governed by Malaysia laws.
